How it plays out at dinner.
Set the cameras out with the place cards and let the table take over.
A camera every few seats
Put a film camera between every few place settings, next to the table sign: shoot, wind, pass.
Pass it down the table
Guests photograph whoever is across from them. You get the whole table, from every angle.
Film the speeches
Add the DV Kit and hand the camcorder to someone who isn’t giving a toast.
Keep it for the wedding
The box arrives 3–4 days before your wedding, so the same kit can cover both nights.
Ideas for the long table.
Small crowd, big stories.
Two nights, one box
Book the kit for your wedding date and use it at the rehearsal dinner too. Just save some film for the big day.
The family table
Seat the grandparents with a film camera. Plenty of them shot film long before anyone else at the table.

Rehearsal dinners & welcome parties questions.
Can one kit cover the rehearsal dinner and the wedding?
Yes. Book it for your wedding date: the box arrives 3–4 days before, so it’s already there the night before. Save some film for the wedding, or book the Full Set for more of everything.
Which event type do we pick when we book?
Choose “Rehearsal dinner or welcome party” on the booking form. Using the same kit for the wedding? Enter the wedding date and mention the dinner in the notes.
Do the cameras have a flash?
Yes. Every camera has a built-in flash for dim restaurants and late dinners. Remind guests to wind after every shot.
How long does developing take?
Scans usually arrive within two weeks of the box coming back to us.
