Privacy policy.

This policy explains what LeMucha Studio collects when you visit lemucha.com or book a kit, and how we use it. Effective October 19, 2026.

What we collect

Contact and shipping details (name, email, phone, address). Your booking form answers (names, event date, event type, venue city, guest count, notes). Order details. The photos and footage made with your kit. Basic site usage data collected by our website platform, such as pages viewed and device type, through cookies.

Payments

Payments are handled by our checkout providers (Squarespace and its payment partners such as Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To reserve, ship and track your kit; to develop, edit and deliver your gallery and film; to answer your questions; and to send marketing emails only if you opt in at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the service: our website and checkout platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and photo lab partners. Our editing team works on your files. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Your photos and footage

We use them only to make your deliverables. We don't post them publicly or use them in marketing without your written OK. We keep galleries and raw files online for 12 months, then may delete them.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Other personal details are deleted when we no longer need them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
