Pricing questions.
When do we pay?
In full at checkout, when you book. Just before that, a short form asks for your names, event date and venue city.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping both ways is free anywhere in the contiguous US. Rush shipping for events less than 10 days away is $49.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
Classic has everything you need. Plus adds upgraded gear and more of it. Deluxe has the most gear plus extras like display pieces, longer edits and albums.
How do your prices compare?
Other guest-camcorder rentals start around $729 for one camera. Our DV Kit starts at $599, and every kit includes free shipping both ways and the developing or editing.
Are these launch prices?
Yes. These are our launch rates for the first season, and they may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
Do you work with planners and venues?
Yes. Ask about partner pricing if you book kits for several events a year.
